Learning vs Earning — A Youngster’s Guide to Skills, Confidence, and Independence
See, my expectation is that every youngster, okay, if you are getting a job, it's fine. But in the thirst of the job, you are leaving all the resources. That is not good. Okay. So, my expectation is that every youngster, which are stepping into the world of this chaos, or world of this highly competitive genre, just hit your own agency. It's not like they're overwhelming. What and all the resources you have, start with that only. Don't go for any external resources. Okay. And learning and earning process will give you a lot of confidence, a lot of mind-opening. Okay. And it opens the door. Without your certification and everything, everybody should be independently, according to their nature and their skill set only, should be identified, rather than the certification provided by the universities.
