Learning vs Earning — A Youngster’s Guide to Skills, Confidence, and Independence

See, my expectation is that every youngster, okay, if you are getting a job, it's fine. But in the thirst of the job, you are leaving all the resources. That is not good. Okay. So, my expectation is that every youngster, which are stepping into the world of this chaos, or world of this highly competitive genre, just hit your own agency. It's not like they're overwhelming. What and all the resources you have, start with that only. Don't go for any external resources. Okay. And learning and earning process will give you a lot of confidence, a lot of mind-opening. Okay. And it opens the door. Without your certification and everything, everybody should be independently, according to their nature and their skill set only, should be identified, rather than the certification provided by the universities. Otherwise, the certification is killing the abilities of the people, and this is differentiating between the person to person. Actually, there is no need of certification for an abled person. Lot of entrepreneurs who have started their careers and gone to peaks, they might even not pass their 10th standard or intermediate also. That is what the courage you must have. It doesn't mean that you have to neglect your studies. Do study that. Understand the knowledge also. But at the same time, if you have any skill set, try to work in small places and expect the small rewards. Learning and earning will happen, and that gives you courage and motivation to develop yourself into that field and expand your vision into that, so that you can create easily your professional platform.

Final Takeaway Certification by Universities or Large Investors Certification of Universities is not just required for the job. It may be like an entry pass only. Afterwards, you have to prove your skill set only. Sometimes if your skill set is deserving and highly deserving and demanding, then without certification also sometimes companies may accept you. Or else you can create your own realm or own venture without depending on others. Certification is not just a barrier. If you have strong skill set and you started earning without depending on others, study time only, learning versus earning process, you will definitely penetrate into the field at the time of your young age of 25-26 and definitely you can create your own realm. Or else you will be offered by good packages by corporate companies also without your certification credentials. Or else option 2, if you are going to establish something, certificates or educations are no way necessary. Whomever you are, whether you are zero class study, it's okay, but your vision is intact, then you can go anyways. Understand? So that's why if you are not clear at the business ideas, then start with the learning versus earning process in whichever field you want to get evolved. In my case it is teaching, starting tutoring for the home tuitions. It became lot of exposure, I mean I got a lot of exposure over a period of time and I entered into the schools and colleges and now I am able to earn more than 1 lakh or 2 lakhs rupees per month. Is it not a big thing for me? Without any credentials and the surprising thing is I didn't show at least my certificates to anybody till now.

This learning versus earning is a good amplifier from learning to small type of gateway to earning. This acts as an amplifier. It's the best formula for everybody who is in the student careers. I want that every youngster don't be attacked by the fear of the society rules or fear of the unsettled life. Because unsettled life is not just due to the lack of resources. It's just lack of awareness and entangled mind towards the society bounded conditions. Don't be that my dear friends. Let us all grow together. I am also in the stage of evolving. Try to evolve. When you come to your break-even and get a financial freedom and you are in a surplus, then your food and shelter. Then your mind asks you what next. Then open up your own plane. Whether it is of fantasy or whether it is of philosophical aspects or any service you want to do. Or else you want to evolve yourself in a spiritual path. Whatever you can do. Start intelligently with the safest process that is learning versus earning. Thank you.
